BUILT
LOUD.

Five trades. One shop. We build the pop-ups, scenic sets, and brand activations that get pulled out of pocket and posted before they're even finished.

03 · The thinking

If your activation isn't getting noticed photographed, the budget is wasted.

We don't build sets. We build the moment people pull out their phones. Every project we deliver is engineered for the camera, the crowd, and the talent walkthrough — not just the spec sheet.

04 · How it works

From sketch to install.

Your project doesn't get passed between four vendors. It stays with the team that built the last one for you.

Print it big.

Wide-format eco-solvent print, computer-cut vinyl, and lamination — all under one roof. The Epson runs hot, the Summa cuts true, and nothing leaves the shop without a finish that survives the install crew.

Detail

Print at the scale brands actually need.

When a 30-foot banner needs to read across a parking lot, "high resolution" stops being a marketing word and starts being a math problem. Our 64" Epson runs eco-solvent inks that hit accurate Pantone matches, dry hard, and survive UV without fading mid-campaign.

Banner, mesh, backlit film, blockout vinyl, photo paper, polyester — if it goes through the printer, we've printed it.

Detail

Cut sharp enough to letter a fleet truck.

Our Summa S-Class plotter pulls clean contour cuts on letter-grade vinyl that lays down without bubbles and pulls off without leaving residue when the campaign ends.

Vehicle wraps, decals, window graphics, floor-grade vinyl, wall installations — anything that gets stuck to anything.

Detail

Lamination that lives outside.

The GFP 544TH lays a UV-stable laminate over every print bound for outdoor or high-traffic indoor use. Translation: your sponsor logo doesn't fade, your floor graphic doesn't scuff through, and the install lasts as long as the campaign.

Detail

Scenic that reads from the back row.

Hollywood-flat construction, real engineered framing, and skins that paint up clean. We build set walls and scenic backdrops that hold their shape under stage lights and through three load-ins.

Pop-up structures, photo-op walls, immersive vignettes, retail backdrops, runway scenic — anything where the camera matters more than the spec sheet.

Detail

Cases that travel the country.

ATA-style hard cases for your hero props, your fragile builds, your dimensional graphics. We rate every case for the actual road life it's about to live, then label it so the install crew knows exactly what's inside.

Foam interiors cut on the CNC. Hardware sourced for the long haul. Wheels that survive a loading dock.

Detail

Millwork that holds its line.

Custom retail fixtures, display cases, modular booth components, brand-specific hardware. We build to drawing tolerances tight enough that the next time you order the same fixture, it lines up with the first one without shimming.

Detail

Welds rated for the room.

MIG for speed on production runs. TIG for clean visible welds where the customer is going to be standing two feet away. Stick when we're bolting something into the side of an existing structure.

Mild steel, aluminum, stainless. We'll engineer the joint to the load — not the other way around.

Detail

Plasma cuts that hold tolerance.

CNC plasma for shape cuts and cut-out signage. Tight tolerances on flat plate, then bent, formed, or welded into the structural piece you spec'd.

Custom brackets, mounts, handrails, balusters — anything that needs to be there permanently.

Detail

Finishing for the long haul.

Powder coat for impact resistance. Wet paint for color matching to brand. Raw and clear-coated for the industrial look that's actually engineered, not just on-trend.

Detail

Cuts that don't need rework.

Profile cutting, pocketing, drilling, V-grooving — all on a 4×8 bed with custom Z-clearance for thicker stock. We hold tighter tolerances than the cabinet shop next door because every brand activation we touch has at least one component that has to fit something else perfectly.

MDF, plywood, hardwood, foam, acrylic, polycarbonate, soft aluminum.

Detail

Files in. Parts out.

Send DXF, DWG, AI, SVG, or a marker on a napkin. Our team rebuilds your geometry into a clean cut file with the right tooling assignments, then runs it on the machine you'd expect us to run it on.

Same-week turnaround on most runs. Quote in hours, not days.

Detail

Everything matches the next one.

When the same part needs to be cut 40 times for a multi-city tour, every part comes out identical. That's the whole point of CNC — and it's why we use it for every repeating dimensional element across our scenic and trade-show work.

FDM for the working parts.

Functional prototypes, mounting hardware, custom brackets, replacement components. PLA for prototyping. PETG and ABS for parts that have to live through real use.

Build volume up to 12" × 12" × 16" — bigger than most "consumer" services advertise, plus we'll split-and-bond a part if your design exceeds the bed.

Detail

Resin for the hero shots.

MSLA resin printing for the parts that have to look photo-ready. Custom logos, miniature dimensional elements, hero props for activations, intricate hardware that has to read up close on camera.

Sanded, primed, and painted to your brand spec.

Detail

Same-week turnaround.

We don't ship to a service bureau and wait. We print in our shop, on our printers, on our timeline. That's how we get a hero prop from sketch to set in five business days.

About · Est. 2011

Builders.
Not vendors.

We started as a print shop. We turned into the team agencies call when the activation has to land — and the install date isn't moving.

The story

Five trades
under one roof,
on purpose.

Most fab shops do one or two trades and sub out the rest. You end up coordinating four vendors, three timelines, and two finger-pointing sessions when something goes sideways.

We bought the equipment instead. Print, vinyl, wood, metal, CNC, and 3D — all in-house, all on one floor in New Jersey. One project manager owns the whole build from the first sketch to the install crew loading out at 2am.

The result: 15 years of brand activations, retail builds, and pop-ups for the kind of clients who can't afford for the truck to pull up empty.

We don't pitch on price. We pitch on the build still being there at the end of the show, photographed by everyone in the room, and packed back up with no drama.

What we believe

Three things
we're stubborn about.

01

One shop,
no handoffs.

If we can't build it in our shop, we'll tell you that on day one. We'd rather lose the job than promise something we have to sub out and pray.

02

Event time
is real time.

Every project has a hard install date. There's no extension. We've never made one of those dates someone else's problem.

03

Built to be
photographed.

If your activation isn't getting shared, the budget is wasted. We build for the camera, the crowd, and the talent walkthrough.
